With an extensive range of delicious salads and fresh seafood, traditional Christmas meats and decadent desserts, expect to dig into a range of choices including the Traditional Roasted Turkey with Chestnut, Dried Fruits and Bread stuffing and with all the trimmings, Crustacean Mushroom, Crusted Roast Leg of Lamb with Garlic Fondue, Gratinated Fish with Rigatoni, Corn Pumpkin Pudding, Oxtail Nayarin & Cuban Seafood Rice to name a few. Delighting guests and adding to the occasion with an element of charm and tradition will be Christmas carolers who will be strolling from table to table, entertaining the young and old with traditional Christmas songs. The evening is made even livelier with a live music performance performed after the Christmas carols by Roy Chew. 

The hotel will also be offering take away Christmas Goodies as well as advanced orders for Roast Turkey, Roast Chicken and Roast Leg of Lamb.
