Ryoshi Izakaya Signature @ Atria Shopping Gallery

Premium Japanese restaurant Ryoshi Izakaya Signature announced its grand opening at Atria Shopping Gallery, adding to the city’s vibrant food scene. Located on the ground floor of Atria Shopping Gallery, the minimalistic design with a mix or modern and traditional Japanese elements, Ryoshi Izakaya Signature boasts a spacious and wide seating capacity up to 130pax that is perfect for group dining and events.

The opening had Japanese and Chinese cultures infused into it.
There's the Sake knocking “Kagami-biraki” from the Japanese culture.

 Ribbon cutting ceremony.

Lion dance from the Chinese culture.

Ryoshi Izakaya Signature was founded by a group of likeminded passionate people in the F&B industry namely Dato’ Patrick Chong, female restaurateur Christina Chan, national badminton players Vivan Hoo and Goh Jin Wei who both embarked on a double duty role- a restaurateur and an athlete.

During the grand opening, they unveiled the biggest Bluefin Tuna I have ever seen in my life! Super huge! Guess how many KG?

If you guessed 100kg then you're absolutely right. This size of a Bluefin Tuna can cost up to RM1 million *gasps*

It is no easy feat to slice this Bluefin Tuna for sashimis. It takes an experienced Master Chef to do it.

In line with the restaurant’s aim to only serve fresh premium Japanese food ingredients, the menu will showcase authentic Japanese cuisine favourites covering appetiser, soup, sashimi, tempura, grilled dish, etc

We were lucky to be able to feast on Bluefin Tuna during the event and I was so happy to witness the whole cutting to the eating of it. You cannot get any fresher than this.

 Yummss!

In conjunction with the grand opening, they served the iconic special Omakase pairing set of Bluefin Tuna and sake at only RM499 per person, second person for RM299 from 22-23 June. Super affordable!

Thanks for having all of us =)

Boyzone Thank You and Goodnight Farewell in Malaysia

I really enjoyed Boyzone songs in the 90s. Imagine my excitement when I was invited to see them live in Kuala Lumpur!! This is their last concert hence the title, 'Thank you and Goodnight Farewell" Tour. It's really bittersweet to see them tour for the last time.

The opening act was Brian McFadden from Westlife. He was so handsome, I was gushing over him so much my husband got jealous HAHHA. He performed Westlife's all time favourite songs and we sang along to him.

At one point when he sang 'Uptown Girl', he came down from stage and everyone went crazy. The fans were surrounding him and all got their handphones out hahaha

And then Boyzone came out and sang songs that were so familiar I was walking down memory lane!

Best part? They asked us all to come in front and nearer to them on stage because apparently we were too far from them. And that's how I can get such close up of them! The concert was the most engaging concert and one that I had most fun at!

Seeing them so close was surreal!
They were singing their hearts out, dancing, having fun, making fun at each other and were very engaging towards the fans. Familiar songs like No Matter What, Love Me For A Reason. When You Say Nothing At All, Life is A Roller Coaster and I know all of them!!!

My favourite person in the band, Ronan Keating came down to greet us all and I was hyperventilating and screamed like a small girl hahahha *hottie alerttt* He was really handsome in person and doesn't seem like he aged at all.

Brian McFadden joined them on stage for the last time.

The final bow!
Aww, thank you for the most amazing concert ever. We sang along, fan girled, shouted, screamed and went back super happy hehehehe

Murad Night Fix Enzyme Treatment review

I have written about Murad's latest product range- the Prebiotic series HERE.

Today, I am going to review their star product, the Night Fix Enzyme Treatment under the Prebiotic range.
The colour is very outstanding. The whole range is in a deep purple colour and you will never be able to miss it. Packaging is a win, plus the pump bottle is so easy to use without the hassle of a cap.

Step 4 in the skincare regime which acts as a treatment at night.

Did you know that skin looses water 3 times faster at night?
Sleep is the ideal time to flood the skin with ingredients that fuel cellular recovery and repair. This treatment repairs skin overnight to give a radiant, healthier-looking skin associated with a good night's sleep.

Who is it for?
-All skin types
-Solution for lines and wrinkles, dryness and dehydration
-Dullness and loss of radiance and rough texture
-Dermatologist developed, cruelty free, safe for sensitive skin

Murad therefore raises the bar by incorporating ingredients that can help skin retain water, prevent overnight skin dehydration, while supporting natural repair. The chronopeptide treatment found in the formula, syncs up with the body’s circadian rhythm to support natural repair and lends vibrancy to your skin. While the tri-enzyme formula is made of purified red and green microalgae, forming three encapsulated enzymes that provide potent antioxidant protection and detoxification to reduce visible signs of premature aging such as loss of elasticity, lines and wrinkles.

This tri-enzyme treatment supports natural repair combined with encapsulated aroma technology to prepare the senses for a deep, restful sleep for healthier-looking skin by morning.

Now, let's put this to test. Used this for over a week combined with the Prebiotic range of products. Let's see my step by step skin regime.

I start off with the Prebiotic 4-in-1 MultiCleanser to wash off my makeup and cleanse my face to prep for my skincare at night. Here I am using the travel size product.

Then, I move on to the Prebiotic 3-in-1 MultiMist to refresh and hydrate my skin so that it can absorb the next skincare better.
The MultiMist is one of favourite product as well because the mist is very fine and really absorbs fast into skin.

Now, it's time to moisturise.
I'm currently using the Murad Retinol Youth Renewal Night Cream.

And then the last step is the Night Fix Enzyme Treatment.
Pump 1-2 dollop and apply.

The texture is matte and non greasy.

Easily absorbed into skin without any leftover feeling. So it's non sticky to my pillow.

Massage over face and neck as the last step of the skin regime.

The night time ritual!
Keep the Night Fix Enzyme Treatment near your bed so you can smooth over skin just before lying down. Ensure all devices are switched off or in a do not disturb mode. Close curtains and remove any light sources. After applying, cup hands over nose and take 3 deep breaths in through the nose counting to three during the process.
The aroma technology which is shown in clinical trials enhance sleep quality which goes beyond traditional aromatherapy and marries the science of sleep with power of scent. The Night Fix contains the following scent:

-Violet which provides delicate soothing and brings comfort in mind
- Cedarwood which exudes earthy aroma that helps elevate mood, calm the mind, relax and overcome stress
-Lemon which purifies and cleanses that helps lift the day’s tension to invite positive energy and happiness

Here's the results!
After the wedding and all the stress and thick makeup, my skin was going downhill and I needed an effective routine for skin reparation on SOS.
Just one night of the ritual and this is the morning after result.
Before usage, skin was dehydrated, pinkish due to sensitive skin and dry and flaky but oily on the T-zone parts. Pores were also open and dry. After one night of usage, skin looks refreshed, awakened, more hydrated and has some colour to it other than a pale dull look.

After one week of usage, I can see more results on my skin:

My chin area had a lot of breakouts previously and following a strict night ritual repaired my skin and blemishes were disappearing.

After one week, skin is more clear with improved texture, refreshed and glowing. Dry skin no more around the cheek areas. Skin feels smoother as well because it is more moisturised and hydrated as compared before.

Super happy with the results!
Thank you so much to the star product, Murad Night Fix Enzyme Treatment for repairing my skin during my sleep. It's as easy as that. Let it work its' magic while you sleep.
All you need to do is just to purchase it at any Murad stores or online here: http://www.Murad.com.my

The Murad Night Fix Enzyme Treatment retails for RM398 for 30ml.

Birthday month

The celebrations did not stop for the month of May =)
Not only I got married but it's also my birthday month! It's a month long celebration which means a lot of food! My wedding diet has gone down the drain LOL

First up, absolutely love the food at Senya, Publika
The Ikura salmon bomb!
Look at the amount of ikura and ebikko I had. I almost finished all of it myself =p
I'm very addicted to fish roe haha

This snapchat app is the cutest! The younger version of me hehe
The Baskin Robbins cake was yumms!

I also had a lot of cakes this month and by a lot I really meant a lot LOL for the past 2 weeks.

Seri muka cheesecake and chocolate cake from Gula Cakery, Kota Kemuning. Absolutely love the cakes there.

Next, I'm also currently addicted to Soylab, Damansara Uptown. The first soy based bubble tea! Yahoo! I am trying to reduce my dairy intake due to some allergies so Soylab is the best option plus I am craving for bubble tea.

Around the corner, we had ice cream layered cake from Creme de la creme, Uptown Damansara.
Looks beautiful on the outside...

But even more beautiful inside with the layers and flavors!

Had a house party at home and now that I'm a wife and the circle around me are married, we are so domesticated now.

Cooked tuna broccoli pasta. Recipe from #cheesiemade hehe
Turned out a bit saltier than expected but since I had level 5 Ayam Brand spicy tuna, it evened out the taste.

Dinner at Las Caretas, Subang

Juicy lamb

Jumbo prawn.

Cake compliments from the restaurant =)

Huge pressie arrived from Althea Korea!
#soblessed

 Midnight surprise from the hubs
Awww

Another Baskin Robbins cake from the office
Although it was melted hahaha but still yummy nevertheless

Thanks to also Baiwago Plus Cafe, Puchong for making my day by surprising me with a birthday cake =)

So pretty!

They have a wide selection of cakes to choose from so head over there for special occassions.

It's a bakery so they have a variety of pastries where you can dine in or take away.

Sliced cakes are also available for non sharing eaters hehe

Making a wish

Happy Birthday to me!

Coffee cake with cut fruits in it! I love cakes with fruits in it so that it's not too sweet.

Next up, my dream of dining in Plane in the City came true!
Their service was impeccable. They helped us take so many pictures and were very accommodating.

Inside of the plane was gorgeous! It was like walking down the aisle haha...The interior design were beautifully decorated with flowers!

We could also go to the cockpit to take pictures.

Wing of the plane for more pictures taking.

The food was also really good and it caught me by surprise I must say. I thought it was more of the experience and not the food but the food was delicious!

Appetizer.

Main course. I'm not a fish person but the way it was marinated and cooked, I wiped out the entire thing.

His beef main course.

Dessert =) Mango sorbet.

Chocolate ice cream dessert.
Can't remember their fancy names haha

And another surprise!
Red velvet cake for the birthday girl. Awwww <3

Thank you baby!

Overload of desserts with the bestie.
Soffle. First time trying. I really liked the bubble though haha. And what you call it? A pancake? It was really soft and fluffy.

But the winner I must say is Rollney. Creamy matcha ice cream with yummy crunchy croissant?

It was a damn good (full) month.
