What to expect when you're expecting

Another one of those old movies I didn't watch in the cinema...Funny how those movies are soo good but didn't have the time to catch it back then XD

I love a star studded movie!! It never fail to entertain.

Firstly, the amount of celebrities in this movie is wayyy too many!! Something like Expendables 2!!

The main ladies are Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lopez, Elizabeth Banks, Brooklyn Decker and Anna Kendrick. All of them are sooo hottt(even while pregnant!) with the exception of Elizabeth Banks coz her pregnancy turned out to be hell for her LOL

And let me tell you their partners are even hotter with Matthew Morrison, Rodrigo Santoro and Chace Crawford leading the hot man line and the many many other dads!!

My favourite of all partners in this movie is Cameron Diaz and Matthew Morrison followed by Anna and Chace Crawford. They were very very sweet =)) It was such a feel good movie. Nothing serious, nothing scary or sad, just a good family movie. I enjoyed it very much!! There were some hilarious parts and touching moments.

This movie depicts both the lady and guy's side on what to expect when you're expecting. Some women find pregnancy such a breeze like just sneezing and a baby pops out(!) like how Brooklyn Decker does which was too funny while others cannot get pregnant, have miscarriages or find the pregnancy process very daunting. On the other hand, the men deal with their own problems by having a 'Dudes' group where they talk about their problems and no one gets judged. It's all very real.

This movie is actually a film adaption of a book with the same name. Stars line up include Dennis Quaid, Chris Rock, Joe Manganiello, Ben Falcone, with cameo appearances by Whitney Port, Cheryl Cole, Taboo from B.E.P and many many others.

Such gorgeous cast!!

I finally got my hands on it and I must say, I love it =)

My very own P1 MiFi modem! 

Ta-dah! The pocket size modem. I immediately on it hence you can see the lights.

Or you can use the cable given to connect as well.

I immediately put it to use and I have been using it ever since.

What I absolutely love about it:
-The modem is so small and light(so convenient to bring around or hide in your pocket lol)
-It has a battery span of 4 hours while in active use and 18 hours in standby mode (That's more than enough for my daily internet usage!!)
-It has 4G unlimited speed(This is what I love the MOST as others have capped speed) So, say hello to you tube and video streaming websites!!
-I have 6GB quota each month(more than enough!!)
-Broadband connection to 6 devices altogether(My entire household can benefit from it!)
-P1 has the cheapest plan and it's so affordable.
-Also, because it's light, there are rubber grips to make it stay still. I just like how they pay great care to small details so that the small and light modem don't move or drop if a table shakes.

Further, it's so easy to use with just one button to on/off the device. This is also just plug in and play. Nothing so complicated even my 4 year old cousin knows how to use it.

At first I had some trouble with my P1 account but then it was resolved quickly by @P1cares on Twitter. It was immediate response and I was happy with their service.

Overall, I'm very happy with this modem and the internet coverage is fantastic. I can watch my videos without buffering!!! *jumps for joy* This is a very well recommended product for heavy internet users who are always on the go.

Only that, just remember to check your coverage HERE as coverage signals may differ from place to place.

The cold light of day

This movie is quite ridiculous actually XD There were soo many loopholes and so many unnecessary scenes. Like the guy could have killed the enemy but didn't take the chance, the enemy could have run away but then suddenly chased the guy, the guy could have taken the briefcase away but stupidly stoned there until the enemy arrived -.- Like seriously, it was such bad writing!!!

Also, don't be fooled by the poster. Bruce Willis so much as made a cameo appearance only. He wasn't even an integral part of it. I thought Bruce Willis' show would be good but he wasn't the hero and this movie would not make it at all.

Action wise was okay I guess. There was a lot of shooting, car chasing and stuffs but that's about it. I didn't know who Henry Cavill(the lead) was but look out for this guy as he will be the lead in the new Superman movie, Man of Steel. Actually, come to think of it, he does have the physique to play Superman =)

Will and Kate will be in Malaysia!!

Will and Kate have started their South East Asia Tour in conjunction with Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee. Their first stop is Singapore and the next will be in Malaysia!! Yay!! In fact, they are coming here tomorrow, 13th September to 15th September.

In Malaysia, you might be able to catch them on Friday at KLCC park around 10-11am. That's what I heard from the newspaper.

Superstars of Magic 2

Superstars of Magic and Superstars of Magic 2 were both great events with a completely different set of magicians from all over the world performing at Genting International Showroom. I had the privilege to witness both and this year, the second installment had this set of magicians who were very unique in their own style.

The host was Chipper Lowell, Mr Funnyman who is a two time Comedy Magician of the Year winner!

I loved his interaction with the audience...He performed as well but just during intermission.

The show then started off with the first stage performer, Charlie Frye and Company.

He is a variety act performer and performed various types of magic. His assistant is his wife(pic) and his best act in my opinion is the juggling. He can juggle so many balls and so many other things at one time!! Impressive!!

Next was my favourite magician of that night!! I have never seen a magician so cool while performing and he dances pretty well!! He is card manipulator, Nestor Hato!!

It was a high speed card manipulation and the music just blended very well with his dancing. It was very entertaining indeed. Loved the part where he changed his hair colour to his silver hair!!

He is sooo good looking!! *loves*

Then there's the master of pickpocket. Better don't go near him or else he'll take everything from you *laughs* Christian Lindemann is one funny man! He keeps promoting his FB page and asked people to like him. Hilarious and he likes to say, 'I Like' hahahaha

Poor the man who was being brought on stage. His everything got pick pocketed and it was just too funny! Btw, Christian Lindemann looked really different with his drawn up moustache on stage.

Then there's escape artist, Dean Gunnarson who currently holds two world records. 

His was the most dangerous act among all of the performers. He was supposed to get inside a barrel filled with water and handcuffed and supposed to escape out of it.

Locked inside and waiting to escape. This is where the audience was supposed to hold our breath with him. I can't even stand after 30 seconds. He was inside for more than 2 minutes!!

And of course, he finally escaped and we were all relieved =))

And the most stylish pair has to be Asia's best illusionists, JC Sum and Magic Babe Ning!! My goodness, Ning was sooo hawt!! Her short hair, her sexy top and her stylish acts were really fascinating!! 

Theirs had the biggest props with a huge fan and she appeared out of nowhere at one act. Very impressive!! She is the hottest magician around, really!!

Then one whole family of magicians performed as well. It started off with the youngest boy, Tigran Petrosyan who is one of the youngest manipulation artist.

Followed by his brother, Sos Petrosyan Junior, also a card manipulator...

But their parents, Sos and Victoria Petrosyan are award winning Quick Change duo. 

She changed so fast in a matter of a few blinks, Victoria would have changed 4-5 times already -.- And all her clothes were not bulky, mind you to hide clothes inside. All were sexy, skimpy and beautiful and in a matter of a blink, she changed into another outfit! Sos also played with some fire and it was a good combination, both of them! I really enjoyed their show! No wonder they trained their sons in this magic world so that they could all perform together!

Overall, it was a very good show. You'll be left mesmerised by all those magic =))

MTV Video Music Awards 2012

Some highlights from the red carpet arrivals at the VMA...

Katy Perry toned down a bit from her usual OTT fashion. Even her hair is jet black, and not blue or purple or pink. However, a little colour print is still visible on her sheer mermaid Ellie Saab dress. Nevertheless, thumbs up for her dressing! Her 'Wide Awake' video won Best Art Direction.

Rihanna will always add a sexy element to her dresses. If it's not a plunging neckline, it's a plunging back like this Adam Selman white dress. Together with her cropped hair, she actually does look good and she pulled it off effortlessly. She won the biggest award of that night; Video of the Year for 'We Found Love'.

Another singer with a cropped hair, Miley Cyrus who recently chopped off her long locks and went with a mohawk. The low cut Pucci gown with sheer panels looked a bit matured on her but her hair made up for it as it made the look edgy. 

Taylor Swift went a 180 degrees turn with a pantsuit for the VMAs. That was very surprising since she always turn up with feminine gowns. However, it's a good change. The white J.Mendel suit fitted her to perfection! She performed her latest song, 'We are never ever ever getting back together' on stage.

Nicki Minaj also toned down from her weird frocks to this Versace jumpsuit. It's acceptable and presentable since most of her looks are very extravagant. She won Best Female Video for 'Starships'. I'm hooked on that song!!

Giada At Home

Okay, tell me have you seen any chef who looks as good as her??

In her show, Giada at home, Giada Laurentiis cooks delicious meals for family and friends' gathering. 

Okay, honestly, I'm not the cooking type. I have experimented dishes but my passion is just not in the kitchen *laughs* But this lady can cook really beautiful meals and she's not hard to look at as well!! I find her shows really fun and although I don't like cooking, I just watch hers for fun LOL

The guys would agree with me =p

Funny thing, she cooks and she eats and she still stay the same size -.- You might want to check out her show on the food network on Astro.
