the 'Hurry' virus

I found an interesting article about the aforementioned title.

It's the 'Hurry' virus that I think I seriously got infected with in the past two weeks *laughs*

Are you having symptoms like rushing to work/college/school all the time, reading books at 180 words per minute and skipping over a few pages, putting your seatbelt as you drive because you can't spare a few seconds to do it before you start the car, pushing the button at the lift 55 times because you're in a rush, always walking at a faster pace to reach a designated place and hurrying here and hurrying there....??

If you are, then you would have probably been infected with the 'Hurry' virus just like me!! All day you rush around, busying your way through your work, plowing right through till you crash into bed -exhausted!

Our hectic schedules and busy lives, with the traffic in KL which is not helping at all barely leaves us enough time even for essential food and rest. We are left with little time to unwind.

Then we can hear ourselves complaining that 24 hours a day is not enough and would like to have more hours to finish up this and that. The worst part is that, you would have to do it all again the very next day!

Now, isn't that tiring? To rush to everywhere and barely getting to catch a breath?

Well, to fight off this virus, you'll have to...
Stop what you're doing and at least for a few minutes daily, take a break and think about something to be grateful for  in your life. You'll feel much more relaxed and calmer.

Here's to fighting off this virus! =))

XOXO
