Mix with cold water or room temperature water but NOT hot water because it could destroy the vitamin & mineral contents. Keep the water at least at body temperature or below. Drink as it is and feel the difference after 14 days.
You can either choose:
Option 1: Redianze first then I-Qids with breakfast
Option 2: I-Qids with breakfast and Redianze before bedtime at night.
