NOVU Aesthetics Acne Dote Program

I was one of the lucky one during the launch of this program to be able to try out the Acne Dote express program which includes their signature P+ Laser coupled with Cica Soothing Ampoule and Photodynamic therapy to give fresher, brighter and clearer complexion.

First, a basic skin cleanse is done to remove makeup and to prep skin. 

Next, the innovative Korean technology P+ Laser gently exfoliates dead skin cells and unclogs pores to reveal a brighter skin tone.

Then it’s onto the Korean Cica Ampoule Mask which uses the hottest K-Beauty ingredient known as Centella or Tiger Grass. This calms inflamed, sensitive and irritated skin but also speeds up acne healing and repairs skin.

To further eliminate acne-causing bacteria and toxins, control oil production, regenerate skin cells and promote collagen production, a High Pulsed Light is used.

Then the Blue Glimmer Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) technology is used. 

This light technology treatment uses one of four light wavelengths to treat different skin problems. 

For instance, the blue light soothes skin, prevents infection and suppresses sebaceous glands. This is followed by the use of the Yellow Glimmer PDT with Korean Cica Ampoule to reduce redness and inflammation. Lastly, a layer of Protective Tri-Action Mousse is applied to lock in moisture, assisting your skin’s ability to heal and protect the skin against harmful UV rays. 

To further boost your express treatment, NOVU Aesthetics also provide an add-on option of 20 minutes of Ion Fusion with Australian Kakadu Vitamin C Essence. This antioxidant-rich essence helps to lighten acne wounds and heal damaged skin. The Kakadu fruit actually has 100 times more Vitamin C than oranges! 

The cooling, relaxing ion treatment helps to deliver the hydrating and repairing nutrients from the previous steps deep within skin where they are needed most. It also refines enlarged pores and makes your complexion look brighter. You want to finish off your treatment with more radiant and supple skin, don’t you?

My skin definitely looked clearer, brighter and glowing after the treatment and it lasted me a good whole glowy 3 days. Looveddd it! The program may be an express program, but the results are significant.
