Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Lotion

I'm sure many of you have heard about Hada Labo brand, no? I mean it's sold at most leading pharmacies and it's quite of the most talked about brand among Asians! This brand comes from Japan.

So, I have been using this best seller Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Lotion. It's one of the best selling products among Japanese girls! Hyaluronic Acid is like the 'in' thing among products nowadays. So what is it? It's a substance which deeply moisturizes skin's innermost layer, hydrates and keep skin smooth for a long period of time and effectively locks in moisture on skin.

This product has SUPER Hyaluronic Acid so it's twice the amount of moisture as compared to normal Hyaluronic Acid!

You may be more familiar with toner. This actually acts like a toner because it is applied after cleansing and before moisturiser. There is a difference between toners and lotions, though. Toners are meant to remove residue impurities and minimising pores. Japanese lotion is more towards hydrating and moisturizing.

It's motto is 'One drop locks up an ocean' Since it's so popularly used and I've seen the advertisement with girls  having bouncy skin after using this lotion and having that 'toing toing' feeling *laughs* I was, hence excited to use this product to experience it myself!

Simply pour a few drops of the lotion onto your palm. I only needed three drops so you actually don't need much at all! It's watery just like this:

Then rub hands together and pat on face. You will feel a sticky feeling and I was quite uncomfortable at first but then, the stickiness dissapeared and you will feel your face moisturised and soft! It will be completely absorbed after about 10 seconds. Just have to keep patting and wait for it to dry. You can then follow up with a moisturiser.

PROS:
-Skin feels moisturised and supple all day long
-It's simple and don't need cotton pads
-It's free from fragrances, mineral oil, alcohol and colorant
-Does improve dehydrated skin
-Reasonable price. It costs around RM40 like that for a 170ml bottle and you don't need to use much.

CONS:
-Need time to dry so if you're in a hurry to work in the morning it might not be convenient for you
-I'm quite used to a toner after all these years, so I still feel that the residue impurities that are not removed during cleansing will not be removed by this lotion XD

Nevertheless, I feel it lived up to all that hype! It definitely served its purpose of moisturising and hydrating!
All girls should definitely try this! =)
