Dream catcher

I think my blog's name is quite befitting to my situation nowadays *laughs*
Well, I've just got a new bed and I think this bed is like....a whole other world >.<
Everytime, I plop on it, I'll literally transport to a new dimension. I'll start dreaming and continue dreaming and non stop dreaming till the annoying sound of my alarm wakes me up.

It's weird actually because normally if I sleep on new beds, it takes some getting used to just like on vacations I can never sleep well. But this bed...hmmm....my quality of sleep has deeply improved! For the last 21 years of my life, I need at least half an hour to 45 minutes just to get myself to deep sleep.
Now...it takes, like 10 minutes and I'll start dozing into a whole new world of *I can't remember*

Problem is, I can't remember any of my dreams. I just know I've dreamt a lot and sometimes I wake up not knowing what time or where am I coz I was in too deep of a sleep. It's not that this never happened before, but not to this extent. I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing *laughs* I also don't know whether it's because I've been quite tired these days that this happened or is this bed just too comfy? *laughs* #firstworldproblem

So, I thought of a dreamcatcher!

Dream catchers are based on the Native American tradition of hanging a symbolic web over a sleeping person to protect him or her from bad dreams. A dream catcher consists of a circular wooden hoop containing a handcrafted design with a center hole. The bottom of the hoop features two or more dangling feathers. Hung above the dreamer, the dream catcher filters dreams from the night air, letting only the good dreams or important messages through.

An explanation of Lakota origin about dreamcatcher is that nightmares pass through the holes and out of the window. The good dreams are trapped in the web, and then slide down the feathers to the sleeping person.

You believe? Haha me neither, I just thought it's cute and something unique. Well, I think it just have a placebo effect that if you have that dreamcatcher hanging over your bed, you'll have sweet dreams.

I thought about it because well, if I'm going to dream away my sleeping life, I might as well dream nice and sweet dreams right? Hehehe
