But, I took up gym recently. And I never thought I would say this, but it's fun! I really enjoy the yoga, cardio and dance classes. It feels good breaking sweat and in that one hour, you're just involved in the class and not thinking about anything else. Gym-ing can be a stress reliever! But it can be tiring and I'm not sure if I'm able to still continue this when I get busy towards the end of the year. Not so much of a commitment part but the time and energy.
Oh well, but for now, I'll just enjoy getting a little active while keeping fit =)
